Grown high in the Amazonas region of Peru, this organic single origin coffee is a real standout. Carefully washed and dried on raised beds, it offers tasting notes of blackcurrant jam, honey and caramel, a smooth, complex cup with a gentle sweetness. Produced on Arcendio Duarez's farm and selected by partners Alpes Andinos as one of the top lots of the year, this coffee reflects the care and precision behind every step. From selective handpicking to a 72-hour fermentation and triple washing, every stage of processing brings out its clean, vibrant character. This is coffee at its most considered, from a region rich in biodiversity and ideal growing conditions, one for slow mornings and thoughtful brews
