Originally a Wildcard. The fruity, tart hibiscus flowers mellow beautifully with sweetness of organic limes. It's a lovely colour too. No juiice, concentrate or flavouring - just whole fruit and flowers.
At Buddy only the very best and simplest of ingredients are used, always organic. Organic raw cane sugar and single estate biodynamic teas from Darjeeling, India. Buddy Kombucha is fermented at 26ºC under its ?SCOBY? of bacteria and yeast, fermenting slowly until it has just the tangy taste we love. Then is second fermented.
