About Moroccan Cous Cous
Organic couscous with raisins and cashews.
Delicious, light and versatile, couscous is an excellent alternative to rice that can be enjoyed hot or cold. This 100% organic fragrant fusion of raisins, cashews and spices can be enjoyed on its own or with chickpeas, falafel or lamb.
Place contents in a bowl, boil kettle and add water to bowl, just covering contents by ½ cm up to 1cm, cover with lid. The couscous is cooked in 3-4 minutes. Fluff it up with a fork and add a splash of olive oil.
