Fenugreek Seed (as 500mg of a 16:1 extract) 8000mg
providing:
Saponins 250mg
Chromium (as Picolinate) 20µg
Encapsulated With: Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine).
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a balance diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients.

About Fenugreek 8000mg Vegan
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a clover-like herb native to the Mediterranean region, southern Europe, and western Asia. Whilst the leaves are edible, it is their small brown seeds that have traditionally been used in medicine.
Each tablet of Lamberts Fenugreek, contains a 500mg seed extract with a guaranteed level of 50% saponins. There is increasing interest and research in phytochemicals such as saponins. They are naturally occurring glycosides described by the soap-like foaming ability when mixed with water and boast various health benefits.
In addition, our formula includes 20µg chromium which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and macronutrient metabolism.
