The bacteria in our own custom Total Biotic blend contains key beneficial strains such as are usually found in favourite fermented foods such as Kefir: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus helveticus
Fushi?s complex also includes fructo-oligosaccharide or FOS, a soluble fibre that promotes the growth of friendly bacteria in the bowel.
This product also contains Vitamin C, which can help maintain the normal metabolism of energy from food and help maintain the normal function of the immune system.
