Named for the herds of deer that are indigenous to the Thracian Valley and roam freely through the vineyards this is a perfect summer rose with attractive deep pink colour and flavours of elderberry and redcurrant and delicious freshness. Unbelievably cheap for the quality. White wines are rated for sweetness on a scale of 1 (dry) - 9 (sweet). This wine is rated 2 region: Thracian Valley Bulgaria
