Wild Fresh Cep Mushrooms. The delicious nutty flavour and firm texture of fresh ceps is sublime in virtually any dish. Try them gently fried in a little butter, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice, stacked on top of a slice of bread, ideally sourdough. Cep Mushrooms are also known as 'penny buns' and are highly prized for their truly delicious taste. These mushrooms are not organic, they are wild foraged.
