About Organic Bean Mix Sprouting

500g of Aconbury's organic mixed pulses/beans in a re-sealable bag with growing instructions. Mixed pulses include Mung Beans, Chick Peas, Green and Brown Lentils and Aduki Beans. Suitable for growing in a Bio Snacky sprouter jar or a 3 -tiered sprouter these fresh sprouts are great in salads, sandwiches, casseroles and soups and can be grown right through the year. 100g of seed will produce approximately 250g of fresh sprouts in 2-3 days.
