Once again my palate has got the better of me! We're not exactly short of Valpolicellas but when the relationship between quality and price is good, resistance is futile. Those alchemists at Fasoli Gino have conjured a deliciously potent and completely enchanting soft red with smooth, ripe, dark fruit flavours. It's a fairly potent brew which has spent 8 months in large oak barrels and I am still under its spell.
