About Organic Yellow Curry Paste Thailand
Organic, concentrated Yellow Curry cooking paste to create an authentic Thai Curry from Geo Organics. No added sugar or artificial flavours.
Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, add a medium sliced onion and 2 crushed garlic cloves and soften for 2-3 minutes. Add 500 grams of vegetables and lightly brown them. Stir in half a jar of curry past, add 300ml of coconut milk (you can also add brown sugar and chillies to sweeten or heated to your own taste). Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in a large sliced pepper and a tablespoon of lime juice and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Serve with rice for a deliciously simple and tasty meal.
