About Organic Kuzu Starch Root Gluten Free,
Kuzu or Kudzu is a Gluten Free starch thickener which is derived from the root of the kuzu vine.
It has a smooth texture and neutral flavour that is naturally extracted from the Kuzu roots, one of Japan's most vigorous wild plants. Kuzu makes an ideal thickener for soups and stews, sweet and savoury sauces, glazes and pie fillings and desserts.
