Buying a Gift Voucher
1. What is a Real Foods gift voucher?
Real Foods.co.uk gift vouchers can be used to buy any item sold in our webshop at www.realfoods.co.uk
If you wish to purchase vouchers for use in our Edinburgh Stores, please buy the paper version, available here. These are sent out by post and can only be used in store.
You can buy gift vouchers for any amount up to £500.00, and print your gift vouchers from home or send them by e-mail or physical mail anywhere in the world.
If you've received a gift voucher, you can reuse the gift code on the voucher as many times as you like until the whole balance of the voucher has been spent.
2. How do I order a gift voucher?
Realfoods.co.uk offers you multiple ordering options so you can choose the one that's best for you.

Go to our Online Shop page.

Click the Buy Gift Vouchers box.

Enter the value of gift voucher that you wish to purchase.

Enter the email address you would like to send the gift voucher to.

If you would like to print the gift voucher yourself and hand it over yourself just enter your own email address.

Fill in the details of who the gift voucher is for and who it is from.

Add a personal message from you to the receipient.

Click the Add button. The gift voucher will be added to your basket at the right of the page. You might need to scroll up or to the right to see it, depending on your screen size.

If you'd like to order another gift voucher before checking out, complete the order form again and click the Add button.

When you're finished adding gift vouchers to your order, you can continue to shop the site for other items if you wish.

Once you have finished shopping click the Checkout button in the basket, at the right-hand side of the screen.

If you are not already logged in you will need to sign in with your Realfoods.co.uk user name and password.

Review your basket and click Proceed

Check your delivery and billing address details are correct and click Checkout

Provide payment information for your purchase and click Place Your Order.
Note on Payment Verification: When you enter a payment method at the time of order, the name and card number you enter should exactly match the information on the card you are using, including spaces and stops for initials.
3. When will the gift voucher arrive?
E-mail gift vouchers: Generally arrive within 15 minutes of being ordered. However, please note that this is an estimate.
You can print your gift voucher as many times as needed, but the code it contains can only be redeemed once.
4. How do I order multiple gift vouchers?
You can create multiple gift vouchers on the same order.
5. Help! The Realfoods.co.uk e-mail gift voucher I ordered didn't arrive.
Some e-mail providers give users the option of blocking all e-mail messages that originate outside of their domain. You may want to check with your recipient first to make sure their e-mail is configured to accept e-mails from Realfoods.co.uk.
Using Your Gift Voucher
1. How do I use my gift voucher?
Choose from the fantastic range of items across the shop by adding the goods to your basket using the Add buttons on the site. Once your order is complete you will need to place the order with us:

In the shopping basket at right of the screen click Checkout.

Review your basket and add any special comments you need us to know in the comments box.

Click Proceed.

If you are an existing customer you must login at this point if you have not already done so.

If you are a new customer please follow the on screen instructions for registering with Realfoods.co.uk.

Check that all the details on the Identification page are correct.

Spare a moment to complete our quick customer survey by clicking Help Improve our service. You will be returned to the Identification page once the survey is submitted.

If all the details are correct click Checkout.

If you have spent more than the value of the gift voucher you will need to enter your card details at the top of the page. (please make sure the billing address on the Identification page exactly matches the address of the credit card you use)

Below the card details, under the heading 'Gift Voucher' is a box for you to enter your gift voucher code. Please enter it exactly as it appears on your email then click Enter Code.

Before placing your order you must confirm that you have read and agree with our terms and conditions. Do this by checking the box.

Click Place Your Order.

That's it, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the order. We will then keep you informed of the progress of the order through our systems.

If you have spent less than the full total of your gift voucher you will be able to use the same gift voucher code the next time you shop until the full total of the gift voucher has been redeemed.
2. I'm having trouble using my gift voucher to place an order. What is happening?
Are you receiving an error message that says the gift voucher has already been redeemed?
Once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance on the code for use on future purchases, when you enter the claim code again. Once the full total of the gift voucher has been redeemed the code will no longer be valid.
If the above doesn't seem to be the issue, check the Terms and Conditions to make sure your order meets the rules and restrictions for paying with a gift voucher.
3. What happens to the rest of my gift voucher if I don't use it all at once?
Once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance on the code for use on future purchases.
You will need to enter the claim code again when you place your next order.
Please be aware that the original expiration date applies to any unused funds.
When you place your next order, enter the code again as in the original order. If your order total is more than your gift voucher funds, you'll need to pay for the rest with a payment card.
