Moroccan Chickpea Tagine with Fresh Thyme and Parsley

Very tasty exotic dish with minimal preparation.

2 tsp fresh thyme chopped More products
1 tsp whole black peppercorns More products
1 lime quartered

2 large carrots cut into large chunks More products
4 small whole tomatoes

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in tagine with 4 tbsp water (max) and then place in oven at 180 degree for 15 to 30 mins. Check regularly.
