Customer Service Supervisor
Summary:
We are looking for a new Customer Service Supervisor, who will be responsible for overseeing our entire customer service operation, for both our bricks and mortar shops and our international web shop.
We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in customer service who is passionate about guiding customers to satisfactory resolutions, continuing the excellent level of personalised service we are known for.
This is a hybrid role involving sales order processing. The job also involves daily reporting and various data management tasks which require good computer and administrative skills. You will be answering the phones and communicating on emails so good verbal and written language skills are a must. Full training on our systems will be given.
This is a hands-on role at times and you should be physically fit and energetic with an eye for detail and neatness.
The Customer Service Supervisor position offers the opportunity to expand your knowledge of the natural foods and beauty industry, whilst working regular office hours (37.5 hrs per week) as a part of an established and sociable team.
This role is on-site only, based at our Broughton Street shop and offices.
