About Sunflower Seeds Hulled

Sunflower seeds without shells. Perfect for use in baking or simply to snack on.

Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of Vitamin E (a brilliant antioxidant), phytosterols (believed to reduce blood levels of cholesterol, enhance the immune response and decrease risk of certain cancers) and magnesium. In addition, sunflower seeds are a good source of manganese, copper, selenium, phosphorus, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and folate.

Isobel Kirk Sunflower seeds are great for you  - just blend them up with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and basil and they make a great vegan pesto. Also lovely on porridge.
