About Organic White Cashew Nuts Pieces

Cashews are a creamy delicious nut. These cashew pieces are a very good source of monounsaturated fats (high in oleic acid which promotes good cardiovascular health) and copper, and a good source of magnesium and phosphorus. Eat raw or sauté for a few minutes and sprinkle through salads, vegetables or mix with maple syrup and make a wonderful topping for dessert.

A bit cheaper than the whole organic cashews, a great deal if you are going to break your cashews to pieces or blend them, and not roast them whole.

If you don't have any raw carob, just leave it out, or use extra cacao powder. Try it for yourself, I guarantee you will be happy you did !
