About Organic Sprouting Wheat Grain
Sprout our Organic Wheat grain to produce sweet, chewy sprouts which can be eaten whole in salad, as base for raw muesli or to make Essene bread. Ideal for growing your own fresh, nutritious, wheatgrass for home juicing right through the year. 5kg is enough to grow approximately 10 to 15 trays of fresh wheatgrass with a growth time of 10-14 days. Alternatively, cover sprouted wheat with fresh water and in a couple of days enjoy a refreshing rejuvelac drink.
