300ml milk (rice, soya or follow-on milks may be substituted) OR

the juice of two freshly squeezed oranges More products
half a glass of crushed ice-cubes
For pear shake: add 2 cored and chopped pears

For peach shake: add 1 stoned and chopped ripe peach

Method

  • Put the milk or orange juice and crushd ice-cubes in a blender.
  • Add the fruit of your choice.
  • Blend the mixture at high speed until smooth, thick and bubbly.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately with straws!!
