About Za'atar Flatbreads
Bread is a fundamental part of Middle Eastern cuisine ? we take our inspiration from the Lebanese flatbread.
Al?Fez flatbreads are topped with an authentic za?atar spice, blending oregano, thyme and sumac.
Flame baked in a tandoor style oven to give them a light, fluffy texture, our breads are delicious served warm ? dip into houmous, wrap a kebab or top with salad and falafel.
