Suma Ground Maize Polenta. Gradually pour 50g (per serving) of polenta into 250ml of boiling water, reduce the heat slightly and stir continuously until the mixture reaches the required thickness. Season to taste and serve. Polenta can be baked, fried or grilled, or sliced and served cold. Try using polenta instead of flour for a nutty, slightly crunchy flavour in cakes and biscuits.
