About Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
A multi-award winning healthy, delicious, home-grown and wonderfully versatile cold pressed rapeseed oil, produced in Gorebridge, Midlothian and sold at various farmers' markets around Scotland.
Rapeseed oil is renowned for its excellent nutritional profile. It has a balance of Omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids, is a good source of Vitamin E and has one of the lowest amounts of saturated fat of any culinary oil which can help decrease the average intake of total fat and saturated fatty acids into the body. Its sublet light taste is perfect for dressings and drizzles and as it has a high burning point it's also great for frying and roasting. Try it and see!
