About Organic Noah Cucumber

To be "cool as a cucumber" add them to your menus during the warm summer months when they are in season. Cucumbers are a very good source of the vitamins C and the mineral molybdenum. They are also a good source of vitamin A, potassium, manganese, folate, dietary fibre and magnesium and contain the important mineral silica.

These cucumbers are lovely, they're like the old fashioned ridge cucumbers you used to find in greenhouses everywhere. Firm flesh, not too many seeds and lots of flavour for a cucumber, they do seem to grow in wildly varying sizes but I think that just makes them quirky. Definitely a favourite.
