About Organic Wholewheat Flour
Essentially wholewheat flour is what it says. The entire wheat grain or berry is used to produce a wholemeal flour, the bran and the germ is not removed as it is in white flour. So 1kg of grain gives you 1kg of flour. This is the same, technically, as Wholemeal . Keeping the whole grain, means keeping all the goodness; wholemeal flour has higher levels of fibre, nutrients and B vitamins.
