Cream Of The Crop Squash is a variety of acorn squash. This 1990 All America Selection winner produces a high annual yield of 3-lb. squash. Cream of the Crop is somewhat unusual in that its skin is pure white rather than dark green. The light golden flesh within is also notably creamy in texture. Try scooping out the flesh, mixing it with some stuffing and roasting it all in the oven.
