About Apricot & Coriander Sauce Tagine
This Apricot and Coriander Aromatic Sauce is perfect with vegetables. A thick, tomato-based sauce with a mild and herby sweet flavour. Ideal for creating a classic Moroccan Tagine stew. Use as a base for casseroles, as a cooking sauce, a pour over sauce or as a dip straight from the jar.
Instructions (2 Servings): Cooking Sauce - Cut vegetables to desired size and saute for a few moments before adding the sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, cover & simmer, stirring occasionally until vegetables are cooked to your preference. Serve on a bed of rice or couscous. Pour over sauce: Pour sauce into pan and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes stirring continuously. Pour over rice, couscous, jacket potatoes or as desired.
