Customer reviews
Great taste and improves the texture and taste of our home made bread. We use about 10-15% berrymeal of the total amount of flour we us. I tend to mix berrymeal with organic wholemeal stoneground flour, organic malted flour, organic dark and white rye flour and organic strong white flour. It is also nice in Dutch type pancakes. Again use only 30-40g in 350g a mix of flour (rye, buckwheat, stoneground wholemeal, fine oatmeal and self raising white flour). It gives them a slightly nutty fllavour and combines beautifully with buckwheat. It is not too expensive and easy to use.

Good price for a quality flour, which makes excellent bread when mixed with white and wholemeal bread flour and granary flour. It gives a fine texture to the bread and has a slightly nutty taste.
