How to earn Cherry points
Every time you order from us, you earn Cherry points. You earn 1 Cherry point for every £1 you spend. This is rounded down to the nearest £. So, an order of £50.75p will earn you 50 Cherry points.
Please note, only fully registered users are eligible to earn Cherry points. You must be logged into your Real Foods online account to earn or to redeem Cherry points.
How to redeem Cherry points
Whenever you order from us, we will tell you at checkout if you have any Cherry points to spend. 200 Cherry points are worth £1 off. Redeeming them is simple: we show you your balance, what they are worth, then you can simply enter how much money you would like to save on your order and click "Spend Cherry points".
You can only spend Cherry points in multiples of £1.00.
If you spend some then change your mind, you can simply click the "Clear" button and it will add the Cherry points back on your balance.

Q. Do Cherry points expire?
A. Yes, Cherry points expire after 2 years
Q. Is there a maximum spend amount?
A. Yes, you can only spend what is the lower value: your balance or 50% of your order value. For example, if you have £20 of Cherry points to spend, but your order is only worth £30, you will only be able to spend £15 of Cherry points on this order.
Q. Can I spend Cherry points to cover the delivery cost of my order?
A. Sorry, Cherry points can only be spent on the goods value of your order.
Q. Are there any exceptions?
A. Cherry points are not earned on purchases of alcoholic products. Cherry points can't be redeemed on orders of gift vouchers. Cherry points can't be redeemed at the same time as spending gift vouchers or redeeming promotional codes.
