About Organic Sumac Chilli Mint Dip
This sumac chilli & mint fermented cashew dip contains whole fermented chillies, spearmint and dried sumac berries. There is a subtle freshness to the taste with citrusy notes, and a hint of heat.
Type: soft, spreadable base: fermented cashew, spring water, extra-virgin olive oil, live cultures treatment: raw and unpasteurised, sealed with a layer of olive oil to maintain freshness.
Serving suggestions: can be used in place of a labneh, stir through pasta, pair with fritters or fried courgette flowers, use as a dip for crudites or toasted pita
