About Organic Decaffeinated Coffee

This decaf is so full of character it often outshines its caffeinated counterparts in blind tastings. With rich chocolate notes, hints of nut and raisin, and a smooth medium to dark roast profile, it delivers a satisfying cup without the caffeine. Sourced from Café Monteverde in Rodriguez de Mendoza, Peru, this coffee is the result of a cooperative of 250 farmers led by Alfonso Tejada and Karen Araoz. Their model farm, Finca Timbuyacu, shares sustainable growing and processing practices with members to help improve quality and yield. Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, this organic and chemical free method preserves the beans' natural flavour while removing 99.9% of the caffeine. The result is an exceptional decaf that proves you never need to compromise on taste.
