About Organic Dark Raw Tahini

A delicious intensely flavoured raw tahini spread with a distinctive raw sesame bitter edge made with calcium rich whole sesame seeds from a fantastic organisation in Ethiopia called Selet Hulling. The farming and processing methods at Selet Hulling are environmentally and ethically sustainable. The seeds are grown to the highest organic standards, the farmers and their families benefit from these healthier methods. The organisation supports local environmental and social enterprises from training in organic agriculture and production to assisting with building local schools and supporting improvements in local infrastructure.

This Tahini is The Best I've ever had.
I was living in Cornwall many moons ago(aged 23)and was so pleased to find a real health food shop in Truro named Carley's.
It was winter and pouring with rain, and the world changed for me when I opened the door.
I was happily greeted with a lovely hot mug of apple juice with spices. Great begining :)
The shop was full of everything healthy everyone could ever need, kind staff and provided a huge variety of really fresh foods too - as Real Foods do too (thank you).
I'm so very glad that Carley's are still making these excelent, natural and thoughtful products - the best :)
Their products are Fabulous, and am very grateful that Carley's are still about now I'm 67 (next week!)Fantastic!
