Gilchesters organic stoneground strong wheat flour for pizza and ciabattas. Made from pure grains grown on the Gilchesters organic family run farm in Northumberland and stoneground in their own mill. One hundred per cent English grown organic wheat.
This flour works well in bread machines and comes with recipes for making your own pizza Margherita and delicious olive and pesto ciabatta.
The Gilchesters organic stone ground mill is Northumberland's only organic mill and the first to be constructed in the north for over a century. The mill is driven by modern wind power generation providing them with a sustainable and renewable energy source.
