About Organic Chilli Pepper

Chilli peppers are an essential ingredient in so much cooking and are also useful for decongesting your nose, sinus and lungs. Red chilli peppers are a very good source of vitamin A, vitamin C and dietary fibre. They are also a good source of iron and potassium.

Used widely to spice up dishes, try adding chopped chillies to fresh pasta with a drizzle of olive oil to get all the flavours of the dish. Obviously great for curries and chilli!

Thai Bean Burgers Sweet Potato Curls and Chilli Tomato Jam

Summary: For an alternative to the traditional Valentines dinner out, take your beloved's taste buds on a holiday to exotic Thailand with these vegan and gluten-free bean burgers coupled with a chilli and tomato jam, both flavoured with Thai spices. Serve with lovely oven-baked sweet potato curly fries, to let them know how sweet they are. You can also make these on any day of the year, not just on Valentines Day, of course. I like to make them with black beans for their high content of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory phytonutrients, you can use adzuki beans, chickpeas or even cannellini or butter beans. It might seam like a lot of instructions, but please don't let that put you off, as every step is very straight forward.

Raw Ultimate Green Juice Recipe

Summary: This is perhaps the ultimate green juice. It is packed full of nutrition with a wide variety of vegetables and dark leafy greens, yet it tastes absolutely delicious. Green juice does grow on you, so if your taste buds do not find this quite palatable yet, please feel free to add a green apple. But please remember that when juicing fruits you deprive yourself of the valuable fibre that stop the fructose causing your blood sugar levels to raise rapidly, which in time leads to insulin resistance and weight gain. So do add an apple if you need it, but aim to reduce it to half an apple, then no apple at all ... Choose all your produce organic, seasonal and local if possible.
