About Organic Whole Green Cardamom

Cardamom is one of the oldest and most valuable spices in the world after saffron and vanilla. The spice comes from South India, Sri Lanka, Guatemala, Tanzania und Brazil. Cardamom seeds, with their beneficial and fresh, mild taste, complement other herbs and curry spices. Cardamom is contained in many liquors and is also used in cakes, biscuits and milk desserts.

I would definitely recomment trying the Tipsy Stolen Cake recipe and using these organic cardamons as suggested in the reipe. It is great that you can buy small or large amounts depending on how many cakes you want to make!
