About Organic Maize Flour

Made from Organic Maize, this flour is a great source of carbohydrate. This product meets the Soil Association standards for organic food and farming, which aim to avoid the routine use of pesticides and fertilisers.

Maize meal is naturally Gluten Free. However, the manufacturer indicates that gluten may have come in to contact with this product in transport, packing or production. It is therefore not labelled Gluten Free and is not suitable for coeliacs or people with severe allergies.
