1 broccoli head, cut into florets		More products
6 tbsp breadcrumbs

Method

Preheat the grill.
Put the butter, flour and milk into a medium pan and cook over a medium heat, stirring with a balloon whisk now and again until it boils.
Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes, then season with salt, black pepper and the nutmeg.
Remove from the heat and stir in the spinach, a handful at a time, until it is all wilted by the heat.
Then stir in three quarters of the cheese.
At the same time, cook the broccoli and pasta in a large pan of boiling and salted water for 2 minutes.
Drain and stir the broccoli and pasta gently into the spinach cheese sauce.
Tip into an ovenproof dish, then scatter over the remaining cheese and the breadcrumbs.
Grill for 5 minutes or so until the topping is golden.
