2 Tbsp pumpkin puree (canned or fresh - cooked)

1 chai tea teabag (or regular black, if preferred) More products
½ tsp cinnamon More products
½ tsp ground cardamom More products
½ tsp ground ginger More products
1-2 Tbsp agave syrup More products
½ cup of barista oat milk

Method

  • In a saucepan bring water to boil.
  • Take off the heat and steep the tea bag to brew for 4 mins.
  • Add milk, pumpkin puree, agave syrup and all the spices.
  • Pour the mixture into blender and mix.
  • Alternatively, you can use hand whisk.
  • If you prefer the drink to be hot, heat it up again in a pan.
  • Enjoy!
