1 tsp ground cinnamon		More products

1/4 cup or 50g margarine
2 cups or 300g grated courgettes		More products
1/2 cup or 175g honey	Awaiting stock	More products

1/3 cup or 80ml organic milk

Method

Pre-heat your oven at 180C or 350F and grease and line a cake tin or a shallow baking tray.
Stir the dry ingredients together.
Put the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and stir, then beat for a few minutes. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour into the prepared tin or tray and bake for about 30 minutes.
