About Organic Wholegrain Rye Bread with Chia Seeds
Vilgain Organic Whole Grain Rye bread is an easy-to-digest wholegrain bread with chia seeds. It has a distinctive fresh taste and aroma, a juicy texture and is also a quality source of macro and micronutrients. In addition to its high fibre content, you'll also find omega-3 and an optimal portion of complex carbohydrates to give you energy. This makes it a great companion in the kitchen but also on the go.
The bread is produced in Bavaria under strict supervision with ingredients from local growers. The rye is pre-soaked and then milled so that the grain is activated. Thanks to the use of activated grain, original sourdough starter, and lower baking temperature for twice the baking time, the bread is tastier, more digestible and lasts longer fresh than similar products produced by the standard process.
