About Organic Wildcard Kombucha
Seasonal kombucha - in Spring, Summer and Autumn it iss picked from the bushes and trees of North Fife and Perthshire. In Winter it is from organic farms in Mediterranean climes. Wildcards change every month and include Spruce & Fir Tips, Rhubarb, Elderflower, Summer Berries, Aronia, Crab Apple, Bulace, Clementine, and Bitter Orange. It's just whole fruit or flowers!
At Buddy only the very best and simplest of ingredients are used, always organic. Organic raw cane sugar and single estate biodynamic teas from Darjeeling, India. Buddy Kombucha is fermented at 26ºC under its ?SCOBY? of bacteria and yeast, fermenting slowly until it has just the tangy taste we love. Then is second fermented.
