About Organic Salad Onions

Often known as spring onions these have been harvested at a very young age. They have green shoots and a creamy white bulb, both of which can be eaten. They have a mild flavour and are often eaten raw. Onions are a very good source of vitamin C, chromium and dietary fibre. They are also a good source of manganese, molybdenum, vitamin B6, folate, potassium, phosphorus and copper.

They taste lovely but i wish they weren't sent too muddy they are difficult to wash x
