I don't drink coffee or standard indian teas because many years ago it was suggested that I should cut out caffeine for health reasons and I never returned to it so honeybush is my everyday drink and I probably have6-7/day. It is a little more costly than some teas but I love it (but I would NEVER put milk in it, that's just a horrible thought)This is a beautiful tea, fresh and delicate with no harshness like rooibos. I would be stuck for something to drink if I didn't have this and Realfoods always seem able to sell it for the cheapest price.
