We're really happy with the service and products
Massive thank you to all the staff working their socks off in these crazy times. We were new customers at the start of lockdown, looking for healthier, more ethical alternatives to supermarkets, as well as home delivery. Despite the inevitable delivery delays presented due to the pandemic, Real Foods have consistently kept us up to date on these delays. We’re really happy with the service and products, which have proved to be invaluable in these current times, and we’ll be continuing to support this relatively small business going forward. I just received my first order. WOW! I am so impressed with every aspect of my experience with this company. I was blown away by the sheer choice of SO much good stuff all in one place I was then very pleased to have free delivery quite a distance away. Then when it arrived sooner than expected, the packaging was simply brilliant.SO much care and attention had been paid to my order and keeping it all safe - there was no way any damage could have been done! And the fresh veg were like they had just been picked. The organic turmeric (which I have for health reasons and have found super difficult to find) was not only the best, plumpest, freshest I’d ever seen, it was much cheaper than most and it was organic. The communication is really great
I ordered some organic coconuts from Real Foods, it was my first time ordering from them. The communication is really great - they have notified me of the slight delay in delivery. But, to be fair, the delay was only a couple of days. I would not even call it a delay :) Anyway, the coconuts were really great and fresh, with lots of coconut water. The packaging was good as well, with paper filling inside rather than plastic bubble wrap!
