About Buckwheat Honey
The honey comes from the pristine nature of the Roztocze region in Poland, where it is sourced from sustainable apiaries with a 20-year tradition. Here, bees collect nectar during the buckwheat bloom, resulting in this rare bee product. The fully matured honey is extracted using a centrifuge, which, unlike heat treatment, preserves all the valuable nutrients naturally present in honey.
Thanks to its 30% buckwheat pollen content, our unique honey is a rich source of nutrients. Traditionally, it has been used as a ?folk remedy,? for example, for coughs. Buckwheat honey is distinguished by its high antioxidant activity comparable to Manuka, but at a more affordable price. In addition, it contains minerals, especially copper and potassium, which are associated with supporting vitality.
How can you use it?
Its intense, slightly bitter flavor is perfect for marinating meat, making homemade BBQ sauce, or adding to coffee drinks. It gives dishes a rustic aroma and a darker color.
