About Tofu Soft
Soft silken tofu in a long life, tetra pak container to help keep out light, oxygen and micro organisms for fresh tasting tofu every time. Mori-nu by Morinaga are concerned about the use of genetically modified foods and use only 100% GM free soy beans to make their high quality tofu.
Tofu is a fantastic health food in Japan which is made by coagulating soy milk until it becomes firm enough to be pressed into blocks that low in fat, but high in protein. Silken tofu is different to normal tofu due to its smooth texture and versatile nature which makes it suitable for both savoury dishes and desserts.
How To Use :
Tofu is a popular meat substitute and great for vegetarian dishes.
Hiyayakko Tofu: Serve as a whole block with a dash of soy sauce, grated ginger and sliced spring onions.
