Made from chickpea extract, the product is gluten and soya free and made in a nut free factory. Available in a 200ml ready-to-pour carton equal to 4 eggs, not only is it easy to use, but will also sit happily in your cupboard for over 6 months. Once opened, simply keep in the fridge and use within 7 days.
