Cocoa, sugar, vanilla: traded in compliance with Fairtrade Standards, total 99%. Cocoa: 67% minimum (chocolate).

The natural peppermint oil provides a fresh yet mild flavour and the combination of peppermint, the crunchy texture and dark chocolate make for a bar simply irresistible to mint lovers.

Acopagro, El Quinacho, Cacvra and Oro Verde in Peru, Fundopo in The Dominican Republic, Cocabo in Panama and Cooperative Premium Cacao Sambirano CPCS in Madagascar for their cacao,
Asocace in Paraguay and Apoya in Costa Rica for their cane sugar
and Komam and Cooppvm in Madagascar for their Bourbon vanilla.
The cacao in this bar comes from The Dominican Republic.
