About Spirulina Petals FairTrade
Gourmet Spirulina's dehydrated spirulina petals are made with 100% pure spirulina that has been pressed and dried in sheets at ambient temperatures. Spirulina is rich in iron and contains vitamins B12, K2 and Provitamin A ß-carotene.
Suggested Use: Sprinkle it on your dishes or drink as a smoothie to better absorb the iron. One portion amounts to one teaspoon i.e. 3-5 grams.
