About Lime Honey
Lime Tree honey is aromatic and clear. It has a stronger flavour than the orange blossom but is milder than the chestnut. Our lime tree honey is sourced from the land surrounding the River Danube.
As honey aficionado's we have selected a small number of honeys to complement our own Scottish honeys.
The range offers a broad range of flavours and textures. They are all monofloral (single flower) honeys and have been carefully selected by ourselves for their unique taste and quality.
