Ripe and hand selected Riesling grapes are slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks before a lengthy fermentation on the lees. Purification in wooden barrels follows and the result is a delight - a fresh and expressive wine with succulent pears, apricots and peaches on the nose, good Riesling character and a softly spicy finish.
