Intense aromas reminiscent of dried figs with hints of liquorice, and pleasing tobacco and eucalyptus notes. This first organic Crianza from the bodega has spent 14 months in American oak - the finish is subtle and elegant. A warm and complex wine which is a good accompaniment to a variety of fuller flavoured dishes and cheeses, whilst also being very drinkable on its own.
